First Baptist is a cooperating Southern Baptist and Kentucky Baptist Convention church. We are also affiliated with the Monroe Association of Baptists. We believe the Bible is the authoritative Word of God. We believe it is "truth without mixture of error." We believe salvation is in Jesus alone. Getting saved is as easy as ABC.

  A. Admit you are a sinner (Romans 3:23).
  B. Believe Jesus is the Son of God; that He died for the payment of your sin and that He rose from the dead (Romans 10:9-10).
  C. Confess your sin to Jesus as you confess Him as Lord.

Have you confessed faith in Jesus? Have you followed Him obediently in believer's baptism? Wherever you are in your spiritual journey, First Baptist has a place for you. We want to be a aid to your walk in Him.
